Policies:
Classes–
A deposit is required for all classes to hold a spot. If a class is canceled all deposits will be refunded. If a student drops
out the deposit will be refunded if someone is on a waiting list and can take the vacated
spot.
Each student is responsible for making it to their class. Make-up
days for weaving classes must be scheduled by each student on days
the studio is open. No refunds will be given for missed days.
Product Return–
Returns of un-used yarn can be made up to 30 days after purchase. If yarn was wound off specially for a customer (not in it’s original put up) it is not returnable. For mail order customers there will be no refund of shipping charges unless an error was made on our part.
Discounts –

Books:
Are discounted 10% off list price every day.

Swedish Yarns:
Purchases over $150.00 are discounted 10%
Purchases over $250.00 are discounted 15%
There is no additional discount on sale items.

Looms:
5% discount off list price if you pay cash (check or cash).
